Burnshield Face Mask 20 × 45 cm

Burnshield Face Mask is a sterile hydrogel burn dressing specially designed for the emergency treatment of facial burns and scalds. Measuring 20 × 45 cm, it consists of a fibreless, elastic open-cell foam dressing soaked in Burnshield sterile trauma hydrogel.

The hydrogel has a high water content and helps absorb and dissipate heat from the affected area, providing a cooling and soothing effect. The flexible open-cell foam conforms to the facial contours while retaining the hydrogel.

The face mask features pre-cut openings for the eyes, nose and mouth, allowing it to be applied directly to the face. Its non-stick properties help prevent the dressing from adhering to the wound, reducing tissue disturbance during removal. The product is also suitable for use on children.
