Orders
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
You can view the current status and tracking number of your order on the "My Account > My Orders" page. You will also receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped via the "My Account > My Orders" page. After it has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return process.
Shipping costs 49.90 TL via Aras Cargo and 39.90 TL via PTT Cargo. Shipping is free for orders over 500 TL.
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL Express. Delivery time varies between 2-5 business days depending on the country. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Products
All products are sourced from authorized distributors and official channels and are 100% authentic. We are the official distributor in Turkey for brands such as Helikon-Tex, 5.11 Tactical, and Pentagon.
Each product page includes a brand-specific size chart. For tactical clothing, we recommend selecting your size based on your body measurements (chest, waist, hip circumference).
Tactical garments should generally be washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and ironing. Always refer to the care label on each item and the care instructions on the product page.
Yes, you can set up an email notification by clicking the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page. You will be automatically notified when the item is back in stock.
Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards (3D Secure), bank transfer/EFT, and cash on delivery. All credit card payments are secured through iyzico.
Installment options of 3, 6, and 9 months are available through our partner banks. Installment options are displayed after you enter your card details at the payment step.
Yes, our payment page is protected with SSL/TLS encryption. Your credit card details are never stored in our systems; all payment transactions are processed through the PCI DSS-compliant iyzico infrastructure.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Hygiene products, custom orders, and personalized items are excluded from returns.
If the product is faulty or damaged, the return shipping cost is covered by us. For returns due to a change of mind or size, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
After your return request is approved and the product reaches us, the refund process is initiated within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, the payment will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days.

Yes, you can also order as a guest. However, by registering you can track your order history, save your favorite products, and benefit from exclusive member offers.
Click the "Forgot My Password" link on the login page. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
