8'' Abdominal Bandage
The CVN 8 Abdominal Bandage is a sterile bandage designed for the abdominal area and major traumatic injuries. It is used as a first aid and emergency intervention tool in severe traumatic situations such as severe abdominal bleeding, large wounds, amputations, or burns. Unlike simple gauze, it is an “all-in-one” dressing that combines large wound pads, an elastic bandage, and necessary tools and equipment. It is suitable for use in steps Massive Hemorrhage (“M”) and Circulation (“C”) within the TCCC MARCH PAWS index.
