Vented Chest Seal

Vented chest wound closure tape is a life-saving emergency product designed to reduce the risk of open pneumothorax in penetrating chest trauma (gunshot wound, shrapnel, stab wounds, etc.). It prevents air from entering the open wound on the chest wall while allowing the controlled release of accumulated air and blood thanks to its directional (one-way) triple valve system. This helps prevent lung collapse.
